Conditions for Cancellation:
It is our primary objective to ensure that every customer has a good experience. However, sometimes under unavoidable circumstances, the order can be cancelled.
- On Customer's Initiative: Either client had a change of mind or due to any factor for which our organisation is solely responsible like any undue delay or human error. The client can voluntarily cancel the order within 24 hours from the creation of such order. In case the client wishes to initiate the refund after the start of work, No refund shall be made. The client will require to pay the 100% of order Amount.
- On Xperteez Technology's Initiative: If the client is not able to confirm the campaign details required for processing of campaign. If the client had been not reachable for more than 30 days, even after numerous attempts from our site to contact either through email, phone or SMS.
Conditions Relating to Amount of Refund
90% of the order value: Although we intend to give a 100% refund for the order, we incur costs for the payment gateway and service charges when we return the money to you and hence the 10%.
Purchase Terms of Agreement

- Due to the online nature of Marketing Services once provided, your refund policy is allowed to state no refunds.
